|Registration for ARTpayroll Clients|
If you are an ARTpayroll client please call us at (603) 367-9955 or email us at email@example.com and we will automatically enroll you.
Your User ID was created by combining your first name and your last name. You may only change your User ID by contacting ART Technical Support. This change may take up to 24 hours and you will be notified via email when it is complete.
| If you have forgotten your userid or password, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (603) 367-9955 and we can provide you with that information.
Anytime your password is changed, an email will be sent
to the email address associated with the User ID (an email address was provided
when you register). If you receive an email indicating that your password
was changed and you did not change it, please contact ART immediately.
|Log in Errors|
are experiencing an error when you attempt to log in, ensure you are entering
the new Password you created when you registered or changed your password. If you have forgotten your userid or password, please send an email to email@example.com or call (603) 367-9955 and we can provide you with that information.
When your password is changed by ART, you will be automatically forced to change it again next time you log in. The ART Customer Service Representative will inform you of the temporary password you should use to log in to the site.
