ART Employees

Your ART Profile provides ART with contact, security and W2 preference information that allows us to serve you better.

When you select the Maintain My ART Profile Option from the Main Menu You can chose to Change your Password and\or Security Information or Update Contact information.

Change your Password and\or Security Information

Changing your password and security information is straight forward. You can choose to change one or both pieces of information at the same time. When you change this information, you will receive an email confirming the change.

Change your Password and\or Security Information

Changing your password and security information is straight forward. You can choose to change one or both pieces of information at the same time. When you change this information, you will receive an email confirming the change.

Update Contact and Preference Information

Changing your contact information is straight forward as well. You can choose to provide us with your work or private email address. We do require that you provide us with one valid address.


There are three types of preferences you can customize to suit your needs:

 

Notification when Ticklers are ready.

Tickler information for each of our customers once a week. Usually this occurs on Mondays. In the event of Monday holiday, they are generated the next day. If you select this option, you will receive a notification that your tickler data has been refreshed. It is a notification to remind you to signon and ensure that you provide us updated information on your spots. You can signon any time after you receive the notification to submit tickler updates to us until the next tickler cycle occurs on the following Monday.

Notifications of Holding Fees that will expire.

We search all your active spots to determine if any holding fees will expire within a 14 day period or less than the current date. This email is sent to you once a week at the same time your tickler data is refreshed. It is sorted, for your convenience by Sponsor.

The ability to request that ART stop sending you paper ticklers.

You can now request that ART no longer send you paper ticklers. Everything is available on line for your convenience so why not make this request today ! It will take up to 12 hours to process this request.
