Enabling Javascript and Cookies in Your Web Browser

To use the ARTpayroll website, we require that you enable JavaScript and Cookies in your web browser. Please read the instructions below to enable JavaScript and Cookies. If you do not see instructions for your web browser, then refer to your web browser's help documentation.

Firefox

Enable Cookies
  1. Click on the Firefox menu and select Preferences
  2. Select the Privacy panel.
  3. Set Firefox to: Use custom settings for history.
  4. Make sure Accept cookies from sites is check marked.
  5. Make sure Accept third party cookies is check marked.
  6. Click Exceptions
  7. Make sure ARTpayroll is not listed.
    If it is listed, click on its entry, then click Remove Site.
Javascript is automatically enabled in Firefox

Internet Explorer on Windows

Enable Cookies
  1. On web browser menu click 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options'.
  2. Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.
  3. Click on the 'Refresh' button of the web browser to refresh the page.
Enable Javascript
  1. On web browser menu click 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options'.
  2. In the 'Internet Options' window select the 'Security' tab.
  3. On the 'Security' tab click on the 'Custom level...' button.
  4. When the 'Security Settings - Internet Zone' dialog window opens, look for the 'Scripting' section.
  5. In the 'Active Scripting' item select 'Enable'.
  6. When the 'Warning!' window pops out asking 'Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?' select 'Yes'.
  7. In the 'Internet Options' window click on the 'OK' button to close it.
  8. Click on the 'Refresh' button of the web browser to refresh the page.

Safari

Enable Cookies
  1. Choose Safari Preferences
  2. Click the Privacy toolbar button.
  3. Choose a radio button to show how Safari should deal with cookies.
  4. Under Block cookies and other website data, click the Never radio button
Enable Javascript
  1. Choose Safari→Preferences
  2. Click the Security toolbar button.
  3. Click enable javascript check box
  4. Click the Close button to save your changes.

Google Chrome

Enable Cookies
  1. Click the Chrome menu icon Chrome menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, click on the Show advanced settings. link
  4. In the 'Privacy' section, click Content settings.
  5. To enable cookies, select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
  6. Click on the 'Done' button to close it.
  7. Close the 'Settings' tab.
  8. Click on the 'Reload this page' button of the web browser to refresh the page.
Enable Javascript
  1. On the web browser menu click on the 'Customize and control Google Chrome'
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings.
  4. In the 'Privacy' section, click Content settings.
  5. When the dialog window opens, look for the 'JavaScript' section and select 'Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)'.
  6. Click on the 'Done' button to close it.
  7. Close the 'Settings' tab.
  8. Click on the 'Reload this page' button of the web browser to refresh the page.
